I love Vimeo. Just needed to get that out. Anywho, I came across this beautiful stop motion piece that I needed to share. Olympus put this together as promotion for their camera, the PEN. They shot 60,000 stills, then developed the 9,600 pics you see, then reshot another 1,800 pictures. The crazy thing is that there was no post production. Whaaaa! Yea its pretty cool… also you can download the music free here. Enjoy.
Last night I was watching a few shows on hulu and this commercial ran before one of the shows and I thought it was brilliant. Obviously I don’t endorse the product, but the creativity of the spot is worth sharing.
